Terms And Conditions About Payment

1. Transaction fee charges would not be refunded/ reversed under any circumstances for any refund/ reversal /chargeback and any other reasons.

2. Transaction fees charged would be borne by cardholder for any payment.

3. Fees once paid which are non-refundable for any reason or any clause of M. V. Buxar  COLLEGE

4. As a policy, M. V. College, Buxar does not entertain any chargeback claims barring cases of genuine refunds, as outlined in this policy document.

5. No chargeback claim shall be entertained for payment made on M. V. College, Buxar portal by any payment gateway/card issuer/bank, once the transaction is successfully credited into the bank account of the college. A genuine refund shall be processed only by the College Administration department (If they found it genuine) for whom payment was made online.

6. M. V. College, Buxar users/Students need to agree to the terms and conditions (published on the college portal) before making any payment. These terms and conditions would apply to all refund claims.
